Free Shipping
We include free delivery for some standard counterbalance forklifts in Texas if stated on the invoice. We can arrange additional low cost shipping to our customers for deliveries out of state. Telehandlers, Piggybacks, and other larger equipment can also be made available at a low cost!
30 Day Exchange Option
Some standard counterbalance forklifts comes with a 30 DAY exchange option if stated on the invoice. If the customer is not satisfied with the standard counterbalance forklift, they can send it back at their cost and we can exchange it with another lift (just pay the difference in cost if it is: more or less than purchase. Please make sure we have the forklift in stock that you would like to exchange for as it might be sold.
30 Day Warranty on Parts
Some standard counterbalance forklift comes with a 30 DAY warranty on parts if stated on the invoice. If the customer is not able to operate the forklift because of a mechanical issue due to a part, we will supply the parts necessary to get the machine going again within the 30 days. Labor is not included in the parts warranty, however we will happily help guide you in fixing any problems in this scenario.
